Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to cancel any Day Trip or Holiday due to the lack of response, or ammend seat numbers. Unless stated all Day Trips include entrance fees, boat and Train Fares
Destinations Minicoaches will not be liable for any cancellation or failure of any Trip, Holiday or part of any journey, including any pre booked event  due to circumstances beyond their control. This includes delays caused by traffic, vehicle breakdown,inclement weather or other unforseen circumstances. No refunds or part refunds, will be offered on our Day Trip programme, on our Holiday programme, an alternative will be offered if at all possible.( subject to Driver Hours rules and regulations ). In the event of cancellation by the Company, the customer will be offered either a) An Alternative Trip or Holiday or b) A full refund of any monies paid to Destinations.
Cancellations
Refunds will only be given if the seat is sold, and after an administration fee is deducted
Any seats required will not be reserved until a deposit has been paid.
A minimum £5.00 deposit will be required for all our Day Trip, with our Holidays a 10% deposit will be required.
Full payment of Day Trips must be made 7 days before Travel
Full payment of Holidays must be made at least 4 weeks before departure.
For last minute bookings full payment must be made at time of booking
